When do the BRAVO Singing Waiters set up their PA Equipment?
We arrive at the venue two hours before your guests are due to arrive. The sound system is installed, and the required sound check made before any guests enter the room. This way the secret is well kept.
What songs do they normally perform?
With all the singing waiters options the songs have all been tried and tested and we know they are going to be very popular and work really well. The sets will include songs for all age groups – particularly important for a wedding. That said we are always happy to consider any specific requests which will personalise the performance.
What do the singing waiters wear?
Our singing waiters will always dress exactly the same as your chosen venue’s waiters so your guests believe the singers to be the real thing.
How long do they perform for?
Our singing waiters normally perform for about 25/30 minutes. These durations are ideal to allow the act to gradually build the performance up and finish with a high-energy finale.
What do we need to tell the venue?
As part of the service we are happy to contact the venue to discuss and plan how the Bravo Singing Waiters will give their performance and spring the surprise. At this point we will check what the venue waiters wear and also arrange for a room for the singing waiters to hide away until it’s time to spring the big surprise!
If we book the singing waiters how and when do we pay?
When you are happy to book, we will email you a booking form/contract for you to sign and return by email. When this is safely received, your booking is confirmed. Due to COVID 19 we do not charge a deposit. Should the current regulations change and your event / wedding needed to be cancelled or re-scheduled – no cancellation fee is charged either. We hope that this would give you confidence to book our services. The full amount invoice would be due one week prior to the event date.
COVID REGULATIONS
Bravo Singing Waiters is working together with our customers to try and offset the effects of Covid regulations. If your event has to be postponed or cancelled due to any changes in the current regulations…we DO NOT charge a cancellation fee.

Bravo Singing Waiters is a high energy, surprise singing entertainment. Over the years we have established which songs get the very best reaction from the guests and have compiled set lists for each style of performance. We have also found that a 20-25 min performance time is perfect and really gets the room alight. We are certainly happy to discuss with you additional performances during the evening after the initial Waiters act. We are also able to supply live music/bands/DJ’s to take your event through to the close of the evening.
