Travel Charges:
Travel costs may be added to the performance fee. We calculate the total return journey from our offices in Perth, Adelaide, Sydney or Melbourne.
Overnight Accommodation:
If the event location is over a 3-4 hours travel distance or if the event has a late finish, then we may require ‘Budget’ style overnight accommodation for our singers. This cost will be in addition to the set singing fees.
Rider Requirements:
Basic refreshments would be appreciated at the event - such as bottled water, juice, and a food platter (fruit, sandwiches etc)
If possible, a suitable secure room with a full-length mirror to be used as a changing area for the singers would be appreciated. We arrive 1 hour before guests and may have to wait 4 or more hours before performing.
Additional Requirements Information:
Access for at least 1 (one) vehicle to loading/ unloading area -, to be within a reasonable distance of the performance area.
Provision of a power supply. The supply must be properly regulated and grounded in accordance with all current electrical regulations.
Where the audience size exceeds 200 we may need to add additional PA . This may be subject to a charge. Any alteration or deviation of these requirements must be of mutual agreement between the BOOKER and BRAVO SINGING WAITERS
COVID REGULATIONS
Bravo Singing Waiters is working together with our customers to try and offset the effects of Covid regulations. If your event has to be postponed or cancelled due to any changes in the current regulations…we DO NOT charge a cancellation fee.
