Want your wedding to feel like a movie scene? You've come to the right place!
WHAT TO EXPECT
We arrive at the wedding venue about 1 hour before the ceremony to set up our discreet sound equipment and check over any final details with the minister/celebrant. Our professional secret singers then seamlessly slot in as 'wedding guests' - we love improvising how we know the bride and groom! At a pre-arranged time, often right before you walk down the aisle as newlyweds, the music starts and our singers burst in to song.​

If your reception is on site or you want to mingle at the ceremony venue, we then provide 20 minutes of beautiful atmospheric love songs to really set the tone.

If you have an upcoming wedding that you would like us to attend, we're happy to hold the date for you without a deposit and find out how we can make your wedding truly unforgettable. If you have a wedding planner, we can work closely with them so you don't have to worry about a thing. We look forward to entertaining you soon!
Wedding Ceremony Performance Only
After the paperwork is signed and you share in your first kiss, we'll walk you down the aisle in style!
Depending on the size of your ceremony, we'll provide 2 or 3 surprise wedding singers.
Before the ceremony commences, we'll arrive to set up a discreet PA system and liaise with your celebrant or wedding planner to finalise the plan. Then, we take up our positions around the venue mingling with your wedding guests.
At the agreed point in the service we stand and sing with ‘All You Need is Love’ by the Beatles as performed in the famous film. Then we'll sing four more love songs as your guests mingle and celebrate your love!
Ceremony Plus Reception
This is our most popular option by far.
Before your guests arrive, we set up for the Love Actually Experience as described.
Having performed 'All You Need Is Love' we then quickly move our PA system from the ceremony area and relocate to the drinks reception area (usually where your guests mingle as you get your photos taken).
Our singers then perform a 30 minute set featuring a selection of love songs (including up to four of your choosing) keeping your guests entertained while the photographer captures your special day.
Full Package
Our ultimate wedding package full of surprises!
We'll start off with The full Love Actually Experience at the ceremony and then fill your photography moment with covers of love songs. Then, we transform into waiters for your reception...or so your guests think! At a moment of your choosing, one of our secret singers will 'accidentally' drop a tray of cutlery all over the floor, then grab out a microphone and get the party started!
Nothing gets the dance floor going like our professionaly singing waiters sets!

How long does it take for you to set up?
Our singers can set up our discreet PA in under 30 minutes including a sound check. We try to make sure we're all set up at least 30 minutes before any guests are due to arrive.

Do you liaise with the Celebrant in advance?
Yes – we ensure all details of what we do and when we perform are agreed in advance. This includes the songs to be performed.

Can you sing during the signing of the register?
Certainly, we have done so many times. We can sing 3 or 4 songs to cover the time taken to sign and for photographs to be taken. This does, however, remove the element of surprise!

Do we get to choose the songs performed?
Beyond 'All You Need Is Love' we are very much open to your requests! This is your special day and we want to make it as memorable as possible.

Can you sing songs whilst we are having photos taken and / or during our drink reception?
Absolutely! We can sing a 30 minute set list of romantic covers to entertain your guests before they go into the formal reception. Take a look at our packages above for more information.

Do you liaise with our photographer/videographer on the day?
We do the best we can to ensure the photographer/videographer are in on the secret so they can capture every second! Once we are all set up and in place, we'll discreetly talk to the photographers about what we do and ensure they are in the right place at the right time.

Where do you hide before performing?
Our singers will be sat with your congregation alongside all of your invited guests. If we need to, we love improvising a brief history with the bride and groom to fit in!

How are you dressed?
Our singers will be dressed in wedding attire that aligns with your dress code to blend right in.

If my reception venue is miles away from the wedding service venue is that a problem?
Not at all. As soon as we have seen the last of your guests leave the service we will quickly pack away the PA system and travel to the wedding reception. Here we will set up the system again to be ready to perform the 30 min of love songs for your drink reception.

Do you use live musicians or backing tracks?
We primarily use backing tracks and our quotes represent this service only. However, we are well connected with some of the best musicians in Perth, including guitarists, pianists, harpists and string quartets. Let's chat about how we can make your dreams come true! This will incur additional costs.
